cream

Cream, or the more traditional form of buttermilk, is a dairy product derived from milk fat. If we want to say a more scientific definition of cream, cream is a fat particle that forms in the upper layers of milk before homogenization. In the past, the milk production process required milk to be kept in a static environment so that fat particles could accumulate on the surface of the milk. But today, fat is easily separated from other milk components by centrifugation using a separator.
